The Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is an unscented, gel-type toner that delivers intense hydration and nutrients to the skin. Formulated with Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract (91.3%) and Arginine, this essence toner is filled with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to quickly moisturize and replenish the moisture barrier after cleansing. The toner absorbs easily and leaves your skin feeling soft and supple.
How to Use: After cleansing, apply toner onto the face and gently pat until fully absorbed
