Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when received. Items purchased on sale or with a discounted price are not eligible for return.

Return Process: Use contact form below to request a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send an email notification confirming that we have received the item.

Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for orders rejected upon delivery or orders returned to us for any reason.

Restocking Fee: Orders cancelled before dispatch are subject to a 13% restocking fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We recommend selecting shipping with signature confirmation at checkout if package theft is a concern. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, unless shipping with a signature was requested.
