Signature Waiver & Liability Limitation

  1. Signature Option Requirement
    We strongly recommend that all customers select the “Signature Required” shipping option at checkout. This service ensures proof of delivery and helps protect against loss, theft, or damage in transit. This option is FREE on $200+ orders.

  2. Customer Assumption of Risk
    If you choose standard shipping without the “Signature Required” option, you acknowledge and agree that:

    • No delivery confirmation beyond the carrier’s usual proof of shipment will be obtained.

    • Your package may be left without a recipient signature and subsequently lost, stolen, or damaged.

  3. Waiver of Claims
    By placing an order without the “Signature Required” service, you expressly waive any right to dispute the charge for that shipment with your credit card issuer, payment processor, or bank in the event the package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged.

  4. Limitation of Liability
    In the absence of a signature confirmation:

    • We are released from all liability for loss, theft, or damage once the carrier marks the shipment as delivered.

    • We cannot issue refunds, replacements, or credits for packages reported lost or damaged under standard (unsigned) delivery terms.

  5. Acknowledgment
    You agree that it is your responsibility to select appropriate shipping services to meet your needs. If you decline “Signature Required” delivery, you accept full financial responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
